We're Bob & Ringo's Grill & Smokehouse, and we've been a premier barbecue restaurant here in Pontiac, IL, since 2021. Found this traveling along Route 66 and asking maps what was in the area. The food was delicious and service was great!

Stopped in here on a Friday night around 6:30 PM. The waitress was amazing. A large group had just started putting their orders in and she recommended we make a quick decision so that we wouldn't be waiting for their group to get done and it worked out very well. Had a few cold drinks, which were very nice, had the brisket sandwich, which was amazing. The hand cut fries were great. And the onion rigs were having battered and served hot and ready. My wife had the mushroom swish burger, which was absolutely done to perfection. Great atmosphere and yummy food.
